answer to both of these questions is yes. I am currently seven months
pregnant and I have been doing CrossFit for the last five months.
Here's my story in a nut shell:
Growing up i had always been the athletic "fat" girl, i played soccer for
13 years but was just bigger. When i was a junior and senior in high school
i started taking control watching what i ate and running.
Having never been a gym rat, or someone who exercised with any regularity
in the past because it was always too easy for me not to, I was looking for
a change. I needed something different than the typical gym experience.
